This Privacy Policy describes how D-Track ("the Application"), developed and operated by Grupo Deacero, collects, uses, and protects information obtained through its integration with Zoom Video Communications, Inc. ("Zoom"). By connecting your Zoom account to D-Track, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

When you authorize D-Track through Zoom OAuth, we collect the following information:

• Zoom user identity (user ID, display name, email address)
• Meeting metadata: meeting titles, start time, end time, and duration
• Meeting participation records (whether you joined a meeting, not meeting content)
• OAuth access and refresh tokens required to retrieve meeting data

D-Track does not record, store, or process:

• Audio, video, or transcripts from any Zoom meeting
• Chat messages sent during meetings
• Data of participants who have not authorized D-Track
• Any content shared during screen-sharing sessions

3. How We Use This Data

Meeting data retrieved from Zoom is used exclusively to:

• Calculate total time spent in meetings as part of your developer activity summary
• Provide unified time-tracking dashboards within D-Track
• Generate internal reports for Grupo Deacero project and productivity analysis

Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

Meeting time records are retained for up to 18 months to support historical reporting. OAuth tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the D-Track support team.

5. Data Security

All data is stored within Grupo Deacero's infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption. D-Track is hosted on a private network accessible only through corporate credentials.

6. Your Rights

As a Grupo Deacero employee, you have the right to:

• Access the data D-Track holds about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke Zoom authorization at any time through Zoom's Installed Apps page

7. Third-Party Services

D-Track integrates with Zoom solely to retrieve meeting time data on your behalf. Zoom's own privacy practices are governed by Zoom's Privacy Policy. D-Track does not control how Zoom collects or processes your data on its own platform.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be communicated through internal Deacero channels. Continued use of D-Track after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
