Terms of Use

    D-Track is an internal corporate tool. Use is restricted to active Grupo Deacero employees with a valid corporate account. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using D-Track ("the Application"), including its Zoom integration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable Grupo Deacero internal policies. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. Eligibility and Access

D-Track is available exclusively to:

Current employees of Grupo Deacero with an active corporate account
Contractors or partners explicitly authorized by Grupo Deacero IT management

Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity performed under your account. Report unauthorized access immediately to the IT Security team.

3. Zoom Integration

D-Track uses Zoom OAuth to retrieve your meeting participation data for time-tracking purposes. By connecting your Zoom account, you:

Authorize D-Track to access your Zoom meeting history (titles, dates, durations)
Acknowledge that this data will be used for internal productivity reporting within Grupo Deacero
Understand that you may revoke this authorization at any time through Zoom's Installed Apps settings

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use D-Track only for its intended purpose: tracking your developer activity and meeting time as part of your role at Grupo Deacero. You must not:

Attempt to access data belonging to other users without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the Application's infrastructure
Use the Application to collect data for purposes outside of your job responsibilities
Share your credentials or API keys with any other person
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or circumvent the Application's security controls

5. Data Ownership

All activity data collected and stored by D-Track is owned by Grupo Deacero. Individual users retain rights over their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Grupo Deacero may use aggregated, anonymized data for operational and planning purposes.

6. Availability

Grupo Deacero does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of D-Track. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and infrastructure events may cause temporary service interruptions. We will communicate planned downtime through standard corporate channels when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

D-Track is provided as an internal productivity tool on an "as-is" basis. Grupo Deacero makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of time calculations or meeting data retrieved from Zoom. The Application is not intended to be the sole basis for performance evaluations or disciplinary decisions without independent verification.

8. Modifications

Grupo Deacero reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be communicated through internal channels. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States and applicable corporate policies of Grupo Deacero. Any disputes shall be resolved through the company's internal dispute resolution procedures.
