Go to SettingsGo to Settings โ Integrations โ Zoom in D-Track and click "Connect Zoom Account." You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize the app. Once approved, your meeting time will be automatically included in your activity summaries.
D-Track only reads meeting metadata: meeting titles, dates, and durations. It never accesses audio, video, chat messages, or screen-share content. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Go to Settings โ Integrations โ Zoom and click "Disconnect." You can also revoke access directly from Zoom's Installed Apps page under your Zoom account.
First, check that your Zoom account is connected under Settings. If it is, try disconnecting and reconnecting to refresh the OAuth token. If meetings still don't appear after a few minutes, contact support at developer@mcswusa.com.
Install the WakaTime plugin for your IDE, then edit ~/.wakatime.cfg and set:
api_url = https://dtrack.mcswusa.com/api
Your D-Track API key is available under Settings โ API Key.
D-Track uses heartbeats sent by your IDE plugin. A gap of more than 10 minutes between heartbeats is treated as inactivity. Meeting time from Zoom is added separately and shown as a distinct category in your dashboard.
By default, your data is private and visible only to you. Administrators may access aggregated team data for planning purposes. Contact support if you have questions about data access within your team.
